ORACLE APPLICATIONS SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

As an Oracle Platinum Parter, we work very closely with and in full support of Oracle’s customer care and software sales teams. In fact, we're Oracle's SMB Partner of the Year for the TOLA region three years running.

We are actively seeking a candidate to take on a project management role to be responsible for assisting in selling and estimating projects, project planning and staffing, review of deliverables, project tracking and status reporting, billing and collection, client expectation management, and project closeout. This position requires extensive experience with Oracle's AIM methodology. Experience in Organizational Change Management is a plus. This person will closely engage with key client executives and project managers and participate in all areas of the implementation life-cycle.

We are seeking individuals with following skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-10 years of Oracle Application implementation experience
  • Prefer experience in multi-org and /or international environments
  • Oracle AIM method deliverables
  • Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written)
  • Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation
  • Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support
  • General consulting skills, including: team facilitation, business case development, and supply chain assessment / strategy
  • Project management: lead teams of 5 - 20 resources (both consulting and client employees)
  • Ability to travel up to 100% (Most clients are in South-Central US, so travel is generally short-distance)

Technical Skills needed:

  • Detailed knowledge of Oracle 11i or higher E-Business Suite products; Projects, Financials, or Supply Chain modules preferred
  • Strong Microsoft skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Project and Visio
