The way you'll immediately recognize the difference is in the quality of candidates we present to you.  Of course, we aren't the only company who has access to quality consultants, but our recruiting group is structured in a way that has us constantly building our network of independent consultants and maintaining those relationships.  We don't brag about the size of our candidate database, but we are proud of the quality of people in it and how current our information is.

Responsiveness
Because we constantly track the availability of the consultants we work with, we are able to react quickly to requests, and in many cases respond the same day.  We are not starting from scratch with each request, cold calling candidates and hoping for a match.  We are starting with those we have already pre-qualified and who are currently available.

Flexible Options
When qualifying consultants, you can either do your own technical interviews, have our staff do them, or work with us to agree on a pre-screening plan, so you're only seeing candidates who make it through the checks that are important to you.  The point is we should agree up front on what screening will be done before we present you with candidates.

If you are an experienced consultant who works with Oracle technology, we'd love to get to know you.  We have clients throughout the country and have contract opportunities on a full-time, part-time, on-site and off-site basis.
