SmartDog will provide training on how licensing works, and how to evaluate your environment against the software you own. SmartDog can, also, manage this solution as a turnkey engagement, if the customer prefers that this work be performed by an external third party.

• One hour client-specific training session on Oracle licensing metrics.
• One hour client-specific training session on licensing impact on infrastructure management.

Speed up the E-Business Suite System
Customers that have seen their systems performance degrade, and want to learn how they can improve performance without buying additional software or hardware.

SmartDog will provide training on tools, techniques and considerations for fine tuning E-Business Suite systems. In addition, if a customer has access to AWR reports, we will review these with the customer to identify specific areas of improvement and an overall action plan.

• One hour training session on performance tuning tips and techniques for E-Business Suite customers.
• Available 20 step performance-tuning engagement to evaluate entire system and make recommendations.
• ($) Available “as needed” help with performance tuning issues from SmartDog Solution Center.

Customers that want to know whether they can take advantage of low-cost cloud infrastructure alternatives like Google or Amazon.
